This house arrived to the rental pool in 2014 and has had improvements each year, so enjoy the new furnishings in the bedrooms and living area. The bedrooms are spread out through out the home allowing privacy if desired but lots of common space to enjoy each others company. The property is located only 1.2 miles from Wells Beach where there is free parking. 

The main level of the home features an open concept living room with cathedral ceilings and a large flat screen TV with Cable & DVD player. The kitchen and dining area of the home is also open to each other and features 4 bar stools and a table for six to eight people. Just off the living room there is a large deck which has a table and seating for six. Bedroom #1 also located on the main floor offers a double/twin bunk bed as well as a double bed. Just outside the bedroom there is a half bath.

The top floor of the home has 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, two half bathrooms, and a shared tub shower area. Bedroom # 2, the master suite, features a large space, king bed & 40" TV as well as a large master bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and, half bathroom, sliding glass door with deck, and a 32 in LCD TV. Bedroom #4 has a double/twin bunk bed, as well as a 40 in LCD TV and half bath.. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a combination tub shower accessible from either room.
