You’re just over a mile from Wells Beach and only a short drive to Ogunquit Beach, Moody Beach, and Ogunquit Village, making it easy to enjoy everything southern Maine has to offer.
Spend your days at the beach, exploring nearby restaurants and shops, or enjoying relaxed evenings back at the house. The large private yard, spacious deck, and outdoor fire pit create an inviting setting for grilling, outdoor games, or unwinding around the fire after a full day on the coast.
Inside, the home is comfortably laid out for families and groups. The first floor features a welcoming living and dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, and a first-floor bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, including a kids’ bunk room with two twin bunk beds and a third bedroom with a full-size bed. There is a full bathroom on each level for added convenience.
For comfort during the warmer months, the home is equipped with a split-unit air conditioning system on the first floor, while each upstairs bedroom has its own window A/C unit, allowing guests to cool sleeping areas individually.
