CANCELLATION: Guest may cancel a reservation at any time by notifying HPM by phone or in person. If Guest cancels a reservation 60 days or more prior to check-in date, Guest will receive a full refund, less a $200.00 cancellation fee. If Guest cancels within 60 days of arrival date, Guest will forfeit the 50% initial deposit. Cancellations within 45 days forfeit the entire rental amount excluding tax, cleaning fee and damage deposit
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new property. It was very clean, perfect for my family of 4. Our rental property manager was very receptive and wonderful to work with. We love Wells and it was a great central spot for us. Great views from the deck and a minute walk from the shops and beach. Thank you!

The home was just what we were looking for, and as advertised. Beautiful view, incredible sunsets, comfortable space for 4 adults. Easy walk to Well Beach. Very clean. Easy check in.
